This is one of my faaaaavorite recipes ever! I got it from the ultimate chef, my Aunt Cindy. She could literally cook plastic and make it taste good. I will snap a pic next time I cook it.

1# Shrimp or crawfish; I’ve even used chicken instead, but you should at least sear the chicken before adding
1 can Campbell’s Beef bouillon
1 lg. chopped onion, or onion powder
1 chopped bell pepper, optional (I don’t use it bc my husband doesn’t like bell peppers)
5 chopped onion tops
1 stick butter
1 1/4 c rice
1 link smoked sausage; I use turkey sausage
Tony Chachere seasoning to taste
Mix everything in rice cooker and turn it on. Stir before serving.
